At present, we only ship within Ireland. We endeavour to ship all orders within 2-3 working days. Thereafter, estimated delivery times are as follows: Ireland: 2 to 3 working days*
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SHIP CERTAIN ITEMS OUTSIDE IRELAND. THIS INCLUDES ANYTHING CONTAINING LITHIUM BATTERIES OR FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES (AEROSOLS, PLASTIC GLUE, ETC)
*Availability / Delays: The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after dispatch which are out of our control (eg. local road conditions, etc). While we make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of each product, there are times when a particular item will need to be backordered. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your order and provided with an estimated delivery timeframe. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at time of checkout.

Goods are deemed to have been received in good order after 14 days of receipt. You may return any faulty / damaged goods within 14 days after receipt for a full refund provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Replacement products will be shipped at buyer's expense. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Hobby Mad cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we advise the use of registered shipping to return products.
Orders may be cancelled provided the goods have not been dispatched. If you receive the goods and would still like to cancel, please return the products within 14 days after receipt in their original condition and packaging.
